COSEC MODE is the Smart way of Attendance marking or AccessControlthrough Face Recognition. This can be used in anyprofessional oreducational premises. It will work with COSEC ServerVersionV14R02. The student or the employee has to show his face onthecamera of the Mobile/Tablet device mounted at the entry pointofpremises. This will automatically capture the image of thepersonand recognize from face database either at local level orthroughFace identification server. The recognized face will be usedtomark the attendance or open a door for user. This FR basedSmartAttendance and access control application is a modern, fastanduser friendly solution which can be used in day to dayactivitiesof students or employees.

VMS: VMS is a one stop solution which provides a platformfororganizing a visit as well as getting invites for others. Theworldaround today no more wants to use pen and paper for keeping atrackof their Schedule; people don’t have time in their busyroutinesfor calling each other and making appointments. This iswhere VMScomes into role. This application single handedly takescare ofmaking visit requests, accepting invites and also keepsthecomplete visit log from the very initial placing of therequesttill the visitor leaves the host premises after the visitiscompleted. The application involves three operationalentities:HOST, VISITOR & SECURITY. Host: The host will be theonebelonging to an organization who will organize the visit. Hewillreceive the visit requests, which can be accepted,cancelled,rescheduled and transferred. The host can also invite avisitor tohis premises through the app. Visitor: The visitor is theonepaying visits to the host’s organization .He can placevisitrequests, accept or cancel received invitations alsoreschedule aconfirmed visit in cases of unavailability. Thevisitors can easilyselect the host to whom they want to pay thevisit and can placethe request. Security: The security serves thepurpose to verifythe visitors for their check-in and check-out inthe organization.The visit requests can always be pre-plannedbefore the date ofvisit as well as can be cancelled in case ofunavailability .Theusers can see their scheduled visits for a day,week and month. Thevisitor details are verified through a QR codewhich will bescanned at the time of check in by the security. Theidea behindthis application is to make the complete process fromthe visitrequest placing till the end of the meeting completelydigitalized,so it is convenient for repeat visitors also, at thesame time itmakes the organization data and premises secure.
